MANUAL ON FLAT GROUND

  • Free wheel with a moderate speed and with pedals level
  • Covering your back brakes at all times
  • Shift your body weight to the back of the bike keeping your arms slightly bent
  • Keep looking ahead
  • Lift the front wheel moving your body weight backwards and pooling the handle bars
  • Move your body forward or squeeze your brake if the bike begins flip over backwards
