BMXercise is a variable cycling fitness program based around BMX Track training and designed for women. Delivered outdoors to music, using BMX training equipment at the track, BMXercise is a naturally immersive fitness experience. BMXercise is focussed on increasing fitness, especially; aerobic, core strength + stability, balance + co-ordination and as you develop, anaerobic power.


Who is it for?

BMXercise is for any women who wants to get more active, it doesn’t require any previous BMX experience or specific fitness levels so it’s great for women getting back into sport or looking to try something new.
